Amazon Fulfillment Center

Earlier this year, Amazon announced that it will be building its newest fulfillment center less than an hour away from our properties. This new development is expected to create 2,000 new jobs. With a short drive, our properties are in the perfect location.

Dual Enrollment

College program for school students

Dual enrollment is an acceleration program that allows students in grades 6-12, including home education and private school students and students with disabilities, to take postsecondary coursework and simultaneously earn credit toward a high school diploma, a career certificate, an industry certification or an associate or baccalaureate degree at a Florida public or eligible private postsecondary institution. Many student leave high school with college degrees.
